Kate Stein Week 3: Escapades on the West Coast

This past weekend I had an amazing time travelling on the West Coast of Ireland. This adventure was very eventful and interesting, and I especially enjoyed exploring Galway. I appreciated both the scheduled events and wandering around during free time. After arriving at the hostel, my roommates and I set out to explore the town and grab dinner. A few of us opted for pizza, while a couple others tried something new to me — “a spice bag,” which I had never heard of before. Week 2: Week Two of Bucknell in Dublin

I have had several new and exciting experiences in Dublin during my time here so far. One memorable highlight was exploring the warehouse at Gill Publishing, where books are produced and distributed. It was very fascinating to explore this process. Upon entry, I was required to wear a bright orange vest to be aware of any potential dangers, which everyone was required to do. Week 1: Start of Bucknell in Dublin

My experience at Bucknell in Dublin so far has been gratifying. I am deeply grateful for this journey, and I look forward to the upcoming experiences ahead. I have had a fantastic time, and each day brings something different and meaningful.  I have enjoyed spending time on the campus at University College Dublin, as well as exploring other parts of Dublin. The view from our dorm is gorgeous, as are the views on campus and beyond.
