Week 2 in Dublin has brought a sense of comfort as I’ve started to settle into the rhythm of life at UCD. I’ve made the usual runs to Tesco, Aldi, and SuperValu to pick up everyday essentials, and I’ve noticed that my roommates and I have evolved from casually eating out whenever hunger strikes to cooking at all hours of the day whenever we need a protein fix. Colin Caricato, Ireland week 1: From Jet Lag to Joy

So far, this week has been anything but quiet, and I’ve got plenty to fill you in on. What started off as a rough patch has turned into a pretty memorable adventure.
