This weekend, my friends and I made the most of our free weekend and traveled to the island of Mallorca in Spain. We landed late on Thursday night, but although tired from our long journey, we decided to explore the town of Mallorca. What a weekend! This weekend, I woke up early on Friday morning to catch a plane to Munich to visit my friend John. After landing in Munich, I had the full day to myself because John had work. Week 6 of Bucknell in Dublin was a rather good week. On Friday, I ended the week finishing up another project at work and feeling excited for my friend John to visit from Munich. On Saturday morning, my friend John arrived and we spent the entire day out in the city of Dublin. I showed him some of my favorite spots. Week 5 of Bucknell in Dublin ended with the 4th of July on Friday night. On Friday, Price, Layth, and I attended yet another Saint Patrick’s FC soccer game. Unfortunately, once again, the game ended 0–0. Although the game was scoreless, it was an incredibly exciting match. St. Patrick’s FC took on Bohemian FC, the other Irish soccer team in Dublin. This past week in Dublin has flown by. I turned in my first project for my internship, visited Blarney Castle, and the Guinness factory. After spending the previous two weeks working on my project, I was ready to hand it in and learn what I would be working on next.
